JAE Command Center ("JAE", "we", "our") is a business operations and communications workspace operated by Neurix Digital Solutions. This policy describes data handled when you visit our website, use JAE, or communicate with an organization using JAE. Some features are optional and only process related data when enabled by an authorized workspace administrator.
1. Who this policy covers
It covers visitors, account holders, team members, business contacts and prospective customers whose information is processed through JAE. Where a customer organization controls a workspace, that organization may decide which business records to enter, why they use them and who may access them. JAE provides technical services to support that workspace.
2. Information we may process
- Account and identity: names, work contact details, account identifiers, organizational role, login and security metadata.
- Business and CRM: organization profiles, business contact records, leads, appointments, projects, tasks, approvals, notes, activity history, and information submitted through connected website forms.
- Communications: message content and related delivery or reply events, phone numbers, correspondence, and call-related metadata where a workspace has enabled messaging or calling features.
- Connected services: identifiers, permissions, and data received from services that an authorized administrator links to JAE, such as WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google or other supported platforms.
- Technical records: device/browser information, IP addresses, essential session cookies, diagnostics, error logs, and security events as needed to operate and protect JAE.
Public business information may also be included in CRM records. The fact that a business contact appears in a database does not, by itself, establish consent to receive marketing messages.
3. Why we use information
We use relevant information to provide secure account access; display authorized workspaces; manage tasks, clients and CRM records; deliver requested support; power configured integrations; generate AI-assisted drafts and operational suggestions; send permitted business communications; maintain audit histories; investigate errors; and prevent unauthorized use.
Where AI features are enabled, the necessary text or context may be sent to a configured AI service provider to produce a response. Do not enter sensitive information into AI features unless your organization permits it.
4. WhatsApp and other business communications
When an organization connects its WhatsApp Business account, JAE may process sender and recipient identifiers, message content, template identifiers, incoming replies, and delivery or failure events to provide the configured communication workflow. WhatsApp communications also involve Meta's services and applicable platform rules.
Businesses using JAE are responsible for obtaining any required permission before initiating promotional WhatsApp messages, respecting applicable messaging rules, and honoring opt-out requests. A publicly listed phone number or active WhatsApp account is not proof of marketing opt-in. If you receive an unwanted business message, tell the sender to stop or contact us using the details below so the request can be reviewed.
5. Services and disclosures
Information may be processed by service providers needed to run enabled features, including hosting and application infrastructure (such as Vercel), database and authentication services (such as Supabase), communications platforms (such as Meta/WhatsApp), authorized Google integrations, and configured AI or support providers. The specific providers involved depend on features actually enabled in a workspace.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to investigate abuse, or where a workspace administrator legitimately directs a permitted integration. We do not claim that a connected platform is controlled by JAE; each connected service also has its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as needed for the relevant service, authorized workspace operations, security, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. Actual periods may vary by data type, workspace configuration, backups and third-party platform requirements. Deletion requests may require identity or organizational-authority verification, and some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate recordkeeping requires it.
For the steps to make a request, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Security and access
JAE is designed with authenticated access, workspace permissions and operational safeguards. We work to limit access to authorized users and service functions. No online system can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly.
8. Your privacy choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information related to you, request a correction or deletion, or object to communications where applicable. If information belongs to an organization's managed workspace, we may coordinate with its administrator before acting. You may also revoke an external service connection through that service's own settings where supported.
9. Cross-border processing
Depending on the configured hosting region and connected providers, data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Applicable legal requirements and provider safeguards will be considered when enabling such services.
10. Children
JAE is intended for business use and is not designed as a service directed to children. If you believe information relating to a child has been added inappropriately, contact us for review.
11. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, providers or applicable requirements. The current public version and its last-updated date will be shown on this page.
12. Contact and privacy requests
For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, deletion requests or messaging opt-outs, email alifaizan9330@gmail.com. Please identify the relevant JAE account, organization or communication so we can review the request without exposing another person's information.
